Soft tape version
The Gencon All-in-1, complete with its own lead, fits all sizes of dog.
It will not pull up into your dogs eyes. It consist of two loops - one goes over the nose, the other, incorporating the lead, goes round the neck. When the dog pulls they both tighten, restricting the whole head and the dog backs off from the restriction and stops pulling! The action is from the side of the head and is very gentle - it does not pull your dog’s head round.
The Gencon All-in-1 is made of good quality fabric – soft, thick tape which is easy to handle and gentle on the dog while still remaining flexible. Gencons are completely washable, which will get rid of all the grit and dirt, keeping it soft and comfortable for your dog.
The beauty of these is that they are very simple and effective and there are no problems associated with choosing the correct size. They are also very safe – if by some chance the nose loop does come off your dog is still wearing a slip lead. Dogs can pant and drink easily whilst wearing a Gencon.
The All-in-1 must be fitted correctly with both loops fitting snugly - not tight, not slack - and must slacken when the pressure is taken off the lead.
Only gentle pressure is needed - DO NOT JERK
*** The fabric the Gencons are made from does not fray or snap without the help of your dog. It will stretch to twice its length before breaking.
However, it will snap if your dog chews part way through the lead.
