Terms and Conditions

Orders

Orders received by 10am Monday to Saturday will normally be shipped the same day. All prices include UK VAT at the appropriate rate.

Postal charges

Postage is calculated on the basis of weight. Items are dispatched by First Class post or next day Special Delivery to UK addresses or by Airmail to Europe only. Most orders will require a signature on delivery.

Forms of Payment

Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or personal cheque.

Returns

Great Orme Outdoors Ltd operates a no-quibble returns policy. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you wish to return anything for any reason please do so within 30 days, unused and complete with the original tags and packaging. We will refund the purchase price, including postage, in full or offer an exchange if you prefer, subject to stock availability. If goods were dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery we will refund the cost of sending by First Class post. Goods are returned to us at the buyer's expense. Faulty goods may be returned at any time.
A returns form is included with every parcel. Please complete the relevant sections and enclose it with the goods you are returning.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. Please email info@greatormeoutdoors.co.uk to let us know that you have dispatched the parcel.

Privacy

We never disclose customers’ information to third parties. Your information will be used solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not take orders over the telephone and therefore do not have access to or store customers' financial details.


These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
